Terms and Conditions

The promotional period in its entirety is between Wednesday July 01, 2009 and Monday November 02, 2009 (23:59 (EST)

This promotion is exclusively open to Real Account holders registered at 7Sultans, Royal Vegas, Platinum Play, and Vegas Palms casinos.
The Final Live Tournament will be run over the period Friday October 22 and Monday Nov 02, 2009. The final live tournament is hosted, managed and controlled by Microgaming. Fortune Lounge will allocate 1500 tickets for the Final Live Tournament, from a total of 9,500 available tickets. Fortune Lounge will not enter into any discussion around the validity, fairness and running of the Final Live Tournament.

The Final Live Tournament prize total is €1,3 million or the equivalent in your currency. Refer to tournament schedule for a detailed breakdown of how this prize pool is allocated.

The first prize for the promotion is €1,000,000 (one million Euros) or the equivalent amount converted to Dollars, British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars in cash. This prize will be awarded to the individual who finishes first on the grand final tournament leader board. A further €300,000 or the equivalent Euro amount converted to Dollars, British Pounds, or Canadian Dollars in cash, will be split between the next 450 places on the grand final tournament leader board and selected special positions.
Fortune Lounge will give away 1500 tickets to the Grand Final tournament and an additional 120,000 casino credits split between the winners of our weekly slots tournaments & promotions.

Individual players are only allowed 1 (one) entry (alias) per qualifying tournament and the grand final tournament. Fortune Lounge reserves the right to remove players or aliases from any tournament, if it is deemed that a player has entered more than once.
Fortune Lounge reserves the right to provide/allow more than 1 alias per player for the Final.
Additionally 3 cars will be given away across the duration of the promotion period.  The cars will be given away in selected weeks only.  
The cars are valued as per below. Please note that these cash values exclude any additional costs such as tax, duties etc. Any additional costs attributable to winning these prizes will be for the winners account.
The value of each car as given below is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding these values.  
USD Value of car prizes: Volkswagen Golf 6 value = USD 33,000 ,  Ford Mustang - USD 33,000, Mini Cooper S - USD 33,000
The winners of the cars may choose to accept the cash value of the car, as per the above values, as their prize, paid out in the USD equivalent of their currency of choice.
Fortune Lounge reserves the right to pay the car winners in cash. This cash amount will be the USD equivalent value as per the above values of the car, in their currency of choice.
The actual prize may not match the images or exact model specifications provided in any communication material. The use of the names of the 3 cars or any other model designation and the graphic depiction of these Prizes are intended solely as a description of what the Prize is and are not intended to make any claims or representations by FLG or the manufacturer regarding the Prize’s attributes or lack thereof. Further the use of the marks and graphic and are not intended, in any manner, to infringe any proprietary rights or interests that the manufacturer may have to the aforegoing marks or graphic.

To gain a ticket into the grand Final tournament and to compete for the prizes, players must participate in any of the various qualifying tournaments associated with the competition and must win one of the available tickets to the final tournament. The total number of players that will take part in the Grand Final tournament is 9,500. Fortune Lounge will be awarding 1,500 of these tickets.

Some additional entries may be given away at Fortune Lounge’s discretion.

Any foreign exchange rates applied will be decided by The Fortune Lounge group, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Tickets to the Finals will only be awarded to players who have previously purchased and wagered a minimum of $20 US$ with one of the Fortune Lounge Group of casinos and who have a registered MPV [tournament] alias. i.e. If a player wins a ticket to the Final tournament, and has not made a purchase of at least 20 US$, and wagered this full amount, with one of the Fortune Lounge Group of casinos or has not registered an alias, by the end of the relevant weeks qualifying tournament, they will forfeit their prize. Tickets to the Grand Final tournament cannot be exchanged for cash

All Casino promotions are subject to ongoing review. The Casino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without giving notice.

All competition details will be emailed to all Real Account holders in the Fortune Lounge group on the beginning date of each tournament.

Players may, at the discretion of Fortune Lounge, be invited to participate in additional special invitation promotions over the period.

Fortune Lounge will make every attempt to inform and remind all qualifiers to participate in the various qualifying tournaments as well as the Final Live Tournament. Please note that should a Player be eligible to compete in any of the qualifying tournaments or the Final Live Tournament and then for whatever reason not participate in that Tournament, the Casino shall not be liable to compensate that Player in any manner whatsoever.

If technical problems are experienced by a player while participating in any of the tournaments, Fortune Lounge will investigate the cause thereof. At the discretion of Fortune Lounge, buy-in or re-buy amounts may be refunded. If the technical issues are deemed to be player related (e.g. bad internet connection), Fortune Lounge reserve the right not to refund any amounts.

The finalists agree that their names and photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by the Fortune Lounge group.
Employees of any member of the Fortune Lounge group, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition.

The standard terms and conditions of each of the Fortune Lounge group apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard terms and conditions.

The Fortune Lounge group's determination of the Winners shall be final and binding on all parties. The Fortune Lounge group shall not enter into any correspondence in this regard.

Once the Fortune Lounge group hands the prize to the Winners, the Winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the Prize. All costs and liabilities related to the Prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
